KLUB BOXER INDONESIA

the history :

KBI (Klub Boxer Indonesia) Boxer Club of Indonesia is the official deutscher boxer organization sanctioning by PERKIN (All Indonesia Kennel Club) member of FCI.

KBI (Klub Boxer Indonesia) Boxer Club of Indonesia was born at 10 September 1983 at Perkin Jaya Jl. Tanah Abang III, No. 19 Jakarta.

The club started as boxer breed getting better acceptance in Indonesia, around that time many boxer imported from Europe, mainly from Holland, Germany & Belgium, event there was European Sieger imported from Holland.

As time goes by the breed gain better popularity, around 1995 was the golden age of boxer in Indonesia, Tenor de Loermo had coming, he just won the precious ATIBOX show. Also there is Germany Jugend Sieger Primus v Hause Rehberg, on that time a lot boxer coming fom Hazenberg Kennel from Belgium as the Garminale kennel also.

But the popularity was decline in 2000’s the breed lost the popularity, now we trying to make boxer as popular as before, we’re started imported many european boxer again, as we need to improve our genetic pool.

Now we have many imported boxer such as : Italy Ch. Gitano del Cole dell’Infinito, V3 ATIBOX 2008 Uwe del Cole dell’Infinito, Serbia JCh. Chris Ugo, Serbia JCh. Nadal del Cuore Grande, V4 ATIBOX 2012 Jir-Pia Konnor and many more, you can see it in our stud dogs at our website.

We also have many Indonesian born Champion, such as Aragon v Clout, Khan dell Ovest Java and more, since being a champion is also goal of our member, made the breed better & following the standard.

We do have many dogs show here in Indonesia, most people from Europe will be surprise that we have the show almost every 2 months. Also we have Sieger Show for Boxer & We counting the point every year for prestigious Boxer of the Year award.

Our sieger show become very prestigious with top judges from Europe, like Pedro Bispo (Portugal) in 2013, Andreja Cucnik (Slovenia) in 2014, Paola Watten (Italy) at 2015 & recently at 2016 with Ilona Onstenk-Schenk (Holland).

And the popularity also gaining, many dogs from Europe coming such as a Ch. Napmary’s Belong To You, Multi Ch. Percy Optima Grata, Multi Ch. Una Felix Canis, Ch. Echo vd Burg Singidunum, Ch. Chopper Optima Grata, Ch. Zinedine vd SonnenAufgang & Ch. Macro top Weinstadt who won ATIBOX show at junior class.

We hope boxer will be the breed to choose for Indonesian people & will gain popularity as before.
